Billing Information: If you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment details are processed securely by our Canadian payment partner (Helcim). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Document Data: We store the spreadsheets you create, including their content, structure, and version history, to provide the real-time collaboration service.

Usage Data & Audit Logs: We log actions taken within Team Organizations (e.g., user invites, role changes, document creation) to provide Team Admins with audit trails.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain CellySheets.
  • Process transactions and send related billing information.
  • Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Investigate and prevent unauthorized access or illegal activities.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All document data is stored in secure databases located within Canadian borders. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can manage your account and delete your data directly from the CellySheets dashboard, or by contacting our support team.
